Camille has done her job, she’s in my brain now! Coming home from a stressful trip, coming home to work disasters, I would have in the past, made an excuse that I couldn’t make the time for my health. But that didn’t happen. I didn’t let that thought even come into my mind. I am very proud of myself for finally getting to where my routine is a mainstay. I’m very thankful to Camille for not giving up on me, for always nudging just enough to stick to the commitment I have made to myself.
